Who we are

This site and The Floor Test workbook are published by Bright Loop Media Ltd, registered in England, company number 17431989. For anything about your information, email chris@brightloopmedia.co.uk.

Visiting this site

• We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers.
• There are no forms on this site, so we collect nothing you type.
• The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.
• The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google's servers for them. Google's privacy policy covers that request.

Buying the workbook

Payment and delivery are handled by Payhip. Payhip receives the details you enter at checkout and processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your copy and help if something goes wrong. We never see your card details. We keep order records for six years because UK tax law requires it.

Messages and social media

If you email us, we use your message only to reply. If you comment on or message our Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook accounts, that platform's own privacy policy applies and we see only what you choose to share there.

Our YouTube posting tool

We use Google's YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. The tool signs in only to our channel. It does not access, collect or store any information about viewers or anyone else's Google account. Use of YouTube is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can review apps connected to your own Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
