Not medical advice

The workbook, this site and our videos offer general everyday movement practice. They are not medical advice and do not replace your GP, physiotherapist or other health professional. If you have a health condition, a recent fall, pain, dizziness or you are unsure whether something is safe for you, check with a professional first. Only do what feels safe for you on the day, and stop if anything hurts.

Buying the workbook

The Floor Test is a digital download sold through Payhip, which handles payment and delivery. If your copy does not arrive, will not open or is faulty, email us and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using your copy

Your copy is for your own personal use. You are welcome to print it for yourself. Please do not resell it, share the file publicly or copy it into other products. The words, design and images belong to Bright Loop Media Ltd.

This site

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Links to other sites, such as Payhip or social media, are provided for convenience and those sites have their own terms.

Our videos and YouTube

Our videos appear on third party platforms including YouTube, whose use is covered by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle information is set out in our privacy policy.
